Orange Jordan has held a grand prize ceremony, in conclusion of its extensive campaign "Great Prizes Await You with Orange this Ramadan!". It was held in the presence of several members of the executive management and employees. The ceremony followed the final draw which was conducted under the supervision of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, in a step that reflects the highest standards of transparency and credibility and solidifies the company's approach guided by an unmatched customer experience and promoting excellence.

Launched on 10th February this year, the campaign created opportunities for customers to win valuable prizes. It also aimed at unlocking benefits for advanced connectivity services along with the latest, fastest technologies, including 5G and Fiber, in addition to exceptional Mobile offers.

Chief Commercial Officer at Orange Jordan, Samer Al Haj, affirmed that this campaign embodies the company’s position as a trusted digital partner in the Kingdom, highlighting its strategic framework to ensure exceptional customer experience and facilitate real value for them. He also congratulated the winner of the grand prize, Amjad Mahmoud Sleih, represented by the modern electric car Dongfeng Nammi Box 2026, underscoring that this translates the company’s dedication to transforming the customer experience into a unique one that combines appreciation, engagement, and driving a meaningful advantage from digital solutions and modern services that meet customer needs and keep pace with their evolving needs. Additionally, within the campaign, customers were offered chances for more premium prizes. Notably, the campaign provided valuable rewards for customers throughout the holy month of Ramadan with daily draws for cash prizes worth JD 777, up to the mega prize. It targeted new and existing customers of Mobile and Home Internet plans, including Orange’s prepaid or postpaid mobile line subscribers, or Orange Internet services subscribers, with the winning chance doubling if the subscription was made through Orange digital channels, such as its "Max it" app.
